You
pale, smart
loving, studying, learning
serious, clothes, language, friends
working, studying, loving
risk-taker, thrifty

Me
VILLANELLE
In an idle state of mind
Nothing to do, nothing to think, till' night
I'm in a world where all is chaos.
Just a couch, just a bed, and all is white.
Life is fair, I'll live out of it, all my might.
I'll lie from morning, and no one knows
Nothing to do, nothing to think, till' night.
So tiring, I fell ache, and it's right.
In my back, away I hope it goes
Just a couch, just a bed, and all is white.
A time, not to fly one of my kite
Not the time to fix its existing flaws.
Nothing to do, nothing to think, till' night.
No strength, I'm lite, there's no way to fight
This time, is to follow the laws.
Just a couch, just a bed, and all is white.
Now it's a day to sleep, turn off the light,
No loss, no stress, no work, no boss.
Nothing to do, nothing to think, till' night.
Just a couch, just a bed, and all is white.
LIMERICK
OBSCENITY
I'm like meeting one of these witches
They're diggin' one of those ditches
They bury their embryo, then
Enjoy their wasted lives, then
Say their bloody-rotten Virgo, WITCHES!

Mr. Smokey are you?
Where's the right road you promised?
Is there any road at all?
LIAR
Make your voice higher
Cause' I'm not a liar,
Are you telling me that I'm a liar?
VICE
Not a bird, not a plane
It just run but with glam
It's a horse, don't ask me how.

TANGKA
AN AFFAIR
Dancing and mingling,
Wear color on face and gown,
Posing and prancing,
With poise and sophistication,
Glamorous make-ups and pumps.
RENDEZVOUS
It may not today
Might as well it's tomorrow,
That day, not in sorrow
Will paint everything with glow,
That's a plan for me and you.

HAIKU
FALL
Brown, orange, yellow
Hue of falling favorite leaves
Through years they don't change.
SUMMER
Water of body
Fire that hide behind the clouds
Wind in great humid.
SPRING
Time of growth and green
Appear they will on their stems
Time to paint nature.

ODE TO GINSENG CANDY
Oh my thing, that saves my pocket,
You give me strength and courage to finish you,
And not meant to be thrift.
Your aroma, your savor,
You're a little fetid but still appreciated.
Your flavor mongled in my palate,
It made me think of other fruits.
A root taste juxtaposes it with the mint and milk,
Which is a candy good for a kid.
The relish in the process is empyreal,
But somehow is infernal.
You somehow flirt me, but
This is not a form of adultery,
But I love you than other else,
Unique, different and empyreal.

DEPENDENCE
You see how I am glad
Through every shape of my smile
Money, no problem, I eat and sleep
Just study, it's work-free, it's stress free
Love shopping, everything is given
Rules, and more rules; my actions are limited
I'm asking, how freedom would be
Drugs? Sex? What it feels to be beaten?
Not in jail, I'm in a womb, inside her sac
Independence?
My Elegy
I can feel success in me
These creatures, I so called friends,
and speak to me and taught me things
Ways how can I survive my life.
"Life is easy, rely in it"
That's what he said, not a bit.
"You are strong and you can do it"
Just believe, all things can get through it.
Stones, leaves or you mean weed
Grab from an old lady's neck,
Pick from someone's store
I don't need to exhaust my self,
Rely on easy money, as they say.
Life is that easy
No need to believe on something
No need to ask forgiveness,
No need to limit yourself
There's just me, having fun, living life without the One.
A REVIVAL: Theme for Poetry
The instructor said,
I am an unsatisfied woman, born in Baguio City.
I went to school there, then worked, then here
to this college a school for all saints.
I am a delinquent before in my class.
The steps I take lead to changes in my life,
through a roller coaster, then I cross Hell,
and I come to a place where relented people are,
where I take a maneuver and reached my home,
up to my room, sit down, and write this page:
It's not easy to know what is true for you or me
at twenty-one, my age. But I guess I'm what
I feel and see and hear. Success, I hear you:
hear you, hear me---we two---you, me, talk on this page.
(I hear Happiness too.) Me---who?
Well, I like to drink, sing and be in love.
I like to work, read, learn, and understand life.
I like a black hat and black gown for a Christmas present,
or Eminem, piano, business or house.
I guess being changed doesn't make me NOT like
the same things other folks like who are normal.
So will my page be fixed that I write?
Being me, it will not be coat and tie.
But it will be
a part of you, instructor.
You are complete---
yet a part of me, as I am a part of you.
That's life.
Sometimes perhaps you don't want to be a part of me.
Nor do I often want to be a part of you.
But we are, that's true!
As I learn from you,
I guess you learn from me---
although you're like a book, -a happy ending novel
and somewhat you're satisfied.
This is my page for Poetry.
Go home and writeI wonder if it's that simple?
a page tonight.
And let that page come out of you---
Then, it will be true.

My Child
Oh beautiful one, adorned with spell
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
The tears from my eyes and deep inside
His laughter, his smile, his quick cheecky wit.
Allure of caressing breeze in touch gentle
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
Wondering when I will be right
In your life you will meet someone special sometime.
Oh beautiful creature sail me do,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! -and if God choose
Losing all hope in my mind
I shall but love thee better after death.

ITALY
Harmonized egg and flour to make this pappardelle,
Flattened and curled, Goldilock's golden hair.
Sizzling melody on grille the lamb it lay,
Into dancing cubes how fun, how fair.
Pancettas tossing and hopping, cured, endearing,
Grooves together with the garlics and the onions.
Bathe in sweet, bloody, ambrosial wine,
And savoury stock of veal, these herbs and spices blends till dine.
Rosemary fills and seasons the piece, makes the song a lavish,
And Napoletana an obscure relish.
Oil of olive, a drizzling virgin is she,
Grana Padano grate in to fettucine.
What's the affair for I will stay,
This you may say, the best entree.
Watch
No one notice you are different, you know.
Social classes proves them so...
Sketchers, Timex and Armani and Calvin Klein.
But would'ya forget most Gucci and Philip Stein?
They're protected from water, but some they're not,
Copy cat you are, one of them you got.
But you can be them, what makes you unique,
Social classes, true, but most people loves you.
